高雄市鄭姓女子四年前蓄意旋開瓦斯鋼瓶閥，再用打火機點火釀民宅氣爆，害自己顏面、四肢有燒燙傷，檢警據高雄市消防局火調報告，依放火燒燬住宅罪嫌起訴鄭女。然而，鄭女不斷辯稱，「不記得案發經過」，鄭父也證稱，女兒長期受思覺失調症所苦，有就醫診斷紀錄，高雄地方特惠組合法院認定鄭女犯案時，出現被害妄想才想輕生，判她無罪，令她入處所施以監護1年。鄭女與舅舅、舅媽同住一屋，卻在四年前10月31日時，將放在一樓客廳茶几旁的瓦斯鋼瓶氣閥開關轉開，讓瓦斯外洩，再點火點燃瓦斯，害民宅氣爆，現場一片慘不忍睹，沙發塑膠皮、電視機外殼全被燒熔，茶几桌板結構也被高溫燒得碳化，幸好氣爆威力不至於讓住宅主結人氣產品過年送禮推薦構損壞。. } }); } 同棟住戶聽聞氣爆聲響，通報高雄市消防局趕抵搶救，涉嫌縱火的鄭女也被依法送辦。鄭女到案辯稱，有聽過父親講述過此事，但已不記得案發經過。鄭女辯護人也辯稱，鄭女受妄想型思覺失調症影響人氣產品網購人氣商品，犯案時欠缺辨識、行為能力，也就沒有責任能力。檢方調查，鄭女案發前曾陸續在家割腕、用刀刺傷胸口，還曾從3樓高處一躍而下，送往高雄榮民總醫院急診救治，發現她出現被害意念，還有視聽幻覺等症狀，經醫院診斷，鄭女疑似有思覺失調症。鄭女在犯案那年9月22日出院，隨後在10月31日縱火，害自己顏面、右上肢、雙下肢有二度燒傷，受傷表面積占全身13%。高雄地方法院認定，鄭女犯案時受被害妄想影響，無法分辨現實與妄想情境，深感無望才萌生自輕生念頭，判她無罪。然而，鄭女行為對他人生命財產有高度危險性，若缺乏適度治療，恐有再犯疑慮；為優惠專區必買及早預防，法官令她持續接受精神評估、治療，並入相當處所施以監護1年，可上訴。高雄市鄭女患思覺失調症，4年前出現被害妄想，旋開瓦斯又點火釀氣爆，高雄地方法院認定她無行為辨識能力，判她無罪，但要施以監護1年。圖／報系資料照 分享 facebook
機器手臂單一切口 胃癌手術不便宜
【台灣醒報記者蔡岳宏台北報導】新一代達文西機器手臂執行單一切口手術，助胃癌手術更安全！基隆長庚醫院一般外科主任黃挺碩21日於記者會上解釋，利用單一切口手術輔助全胃切除，傷口較小，復原速度也較快，但進行全胃切除手術的患者，應定期至醫院施打維他命B12，追蹤貧血症狀。黃挺碩也坦承，雖然健保給付手術費，但民眾仍需負擔耗材費約15萬至20萬台幣。
基隆長庚醫院副院長吳俊德指出，胃癌為國人10大死因第9名，好發的中位數年齡為74歲，60%的胃癌病人需接受手術治療。但傳統的腹腔鏡手術，需要在腹部上施行5個2公分內的穿刺孔，切除胃和淋巴及重建消化道，最後需要一個約3公分的傷口將檢體取出。雖然傳統微創手術已減少疼痛感，但年老患者仍然會因為不舒服而不願下床，拖延復原速度，且腹部仍留有手術疤痕。
「單一切口手術是將所有切口集中於肚臍，利用特殊第4代達文西手術手臂和其他裝置，將疤痕隱藏在肚臍中，術後幾乎沒有疤痕，多數病人隔天即可下床活動。」黃挺碩指出，日本今年已將胃癌、食道癌等12項機器手臂輔助微創手術納入健保給付項目，機器手術未來會成為主流。針對手術的材料負擔費用高達15萬元以上，黃挺碩表示，只能透過醫師的經驗規劃手術步驟，盡量減少耗材使用。
吳俊德強調，單一切口手術不應以美容手術來看待，「根據目前20例手術案例顯示，單一切口手術並不會降低清除罹癌淋巴結的數量，除了美觀外，對於膽固醇等代謝症候群的控制也有良好效果。」黃挺碩說，胃癌患者大多為長者，腫瘤發現較晚，手術風險較高，若病情嚴重必須立刻進行手術，單一切口手術不失為一個安全、有效的選擇。
